In accordance with our Code of Conduct, no gifts, entertainment or other items of value should be offered or given to a Government Official without the prior written approval of the Law Department. You must also ensure that all other company policies and procedures, including those in your location, are followed.A: Prior to making any such payment, you should contact the Law Department to determine whether or not this payment is appropriate and whether such payments might violate company policy, local laws or any other laws applicable to the company.A: Bridgestone’s Anti-Bribery Policy provides that all bribery is absolutely prohibited.
